Biography
Mrs. Phelps is very excited to be a part of the PSPA founding team as a Kindergarten teacher. She earned her degree in Elementary Education with an additional Reading K–12 License at East Carolina University.
Katie’s hometown is Holly Springs and she was a part of the first graduating class of Holly Springs High School! Katie loves to spend time with her husband and baby girl, Evelyn. She loves reading a good book, shopping at boutiques, making crafts, sports, fishing, and all things outdoors!
