Tracy Frith-Carvalho

Tracy Frith-Carvalho is a native of Virginia and this is her 2nd military move to North Carolina. She graduated from Norfolk State University with a Bachelors in Criminal Justice. She received her Masters in Education, Special Education from Regent University. Tracy has been teaching for more than 10 years in various states and grade levels, even homeschooling her children for 6 years. She is a proud military spouse and mother to 2 Pine Springs middle schoolers. When Tracy is not teaching, she loves to work on her budding farm. She currently has 3 pigs, and a plethora of chickens. She is passionate about gardening and believes “we all can grow something and make healthier food choices.” But her absolute love is with her beehives. They give her “sweet” joy!
